Women have been known to wear shorts, shoes and a T-shirt, where others have worn stilettos and hot pants. You may even be dressed in everyday street clothes. Whatever you choose to wear, you must always be in something comfortable.

Exercise difficulty varies on how many poles are used. Some exercises use more then one pole, allowing you a deeper toning of your muscles.

If you are going to do pole dancing exercise, be prepared for the unexpected. You will find with this type of exercise a lot of bruises. Women will wear their bruises as a "badge" of how hard they have worked for the body they have.

Don't do pole dancing exercises for anyone other then yourself. Do the exercises that make you feel good and never worry what others might be thinking. When you feel better about yourself and the way your body looks, you will find an inner you that has been hidden for quite some time.
