Just remember to rest between workouts, to start with 3 times a day should be sufficient and then you can increase the intensity over a period of time. Also important is to eat properly as the muscle needs good nutrition in order to recover and grow. Stick to natural foods such meat, fish, eggs and milk, fruits, vegetables, cereals and so on. Avoid junk food and processed food.
